提示 torch 安装失败了，并且是内存相关的问题TNND！！！

本机16GB内存，12G显存我确认不可能是内存不够的问题，因为另外一台旧机器10GB内存 8G显存都安装成功运行成功了！！

对比了一下旧机器，原来是虚拟内存没有设置！！！
都不知道程序员是不是脑子进水了，16GB内存放在那不用非得要用虚拟内存！！！

系统->高级系统设置->高级->性能->设置->高级->虚拟内存->设置个大于6GB（我设置了8GB）就可以了

重新设置虚拟内存重启安装成功！！！

折腾了两天，真的很想骂人！！！
