找不到满足要求的版本，找不到n匹配分发
尝试：
为了在pycharm里运行图像处理程序，直接点安装软件包有如上报错，在cmd中pip install却能正常找到软件包。想起自己用过Anaconda。是Anaconda的原因导致在pycharm中无法正常安装。
解决：
将python解释器从原来单独安装的python改到Anaconda里的python
