我下载paddlex时候出现的问题
利用国内镜像资源下载比较快
pip install -i https://pypi.tuna.tsinghua.edu.cn/simple paddlex你以为这么简单吗？

问题1：ERROR:Could not build wheels for pycocotools, which is required to install pyproject.toml-based
解决：
下载一下压缩包
下载 密码：i5d7
然后把压缩包里面的
移动到你自己环境（Anaconda或者其他）中，比如我的是Anaconda的bin在Bigdata里面
放进去就可以了成功！
问题2：安装pycocotools时遇到ERROR: Could not build wheels for pycocotools which use PEP 517 and cannot be install
解决：
3jtk
一定要等待，然后安装之后
（参考博主pip install nuscenes-devkit安装报错_时代&信念的博客-CSDN博客）
最后在试一下，就发现可以下载了！！
pip install -i https://pypi.tuna.tsinghua.edu.cn/simple pycocotools
下载完之后再下载这个：
pip install -i https://pypi.tuna.tsinghua.edu.cn/simple pycocotools-windows
成功解决！
